Day 1

Breakfast
I will usually fix breakfast at home or grab something on the way to the trail. This way its just one less meal I have to carry. In the event I am camping out at the trail head I will usually just have my staple breakfast (see day 2). This way I can get up and on the trail quickly in the morning.

  • Jerky Sticks
  • String Cheese
  • Cliff Bar
  • Regular Trail Mix
  • Chocolate Brownie
  • Grape Drink Mix
  • Gatorade Drink Mix
  • Stinger Waffles
  • Gatorade Chews

Dinner

  • Sleepy Time Tea
  • Dehydrated Meal
  • Chocolate Brownie

Day 2

Breakfast

  • Cinnamon Pop-tarts
  • Bavita Breakfast Sandwich
  • Instant Coffee

Snacks

  • Beef Jerky
  • String Cheese
  • Cliff Bar
  • Spicy Trail Mix
  • Chocolate Brownie
  • Orange Drink Mix
  • Gatorade Drink Mix
  • Stinger Waffles
  • Gatorade Chews

Dinner

  • Sleepy Time Tea
  • Dehydrated Meal
  • Chocolate Brownie

Day 3

Breakfast

  • Cinnamon Pop-tarts
  • Bavita Breakfast Sandwich
  • Instant Coffee

Snacks

Dinner
Its unlikely I will be hiking back to the car after dinner so I rarely pack a dinner for the last night. Worst case I should still have some left over snacks from the previous days. I just plan on grabbing something on the way home.
